Describe yourself, briefly: I am semi-retired after working in the private sector (10 years) mangement education (13 years and finally for myself as an independent consultant

What do you do, mostly?: I am an independdent management consultant in soft skills such as influencing, communications, personal development and teamwork.
I want to work with these skills in the area of sustainability

What matters most in the world?: Reaching agreement on a climate change world strategy

If you could start a new government department, what would it be?: Ministry of Co-operation

What would you like from this site?: 1. to explore soft power and contribute what I know
2. to find some like-minded people and maybe do some work with them?
3. have some fun too!

Anything else you'd like to say?: I worked for nearly 15 years as a tutor on the OUBS module on the MBA called 'Creativity Innovations and Change'. This included many residentials which were often 'wacky'!
I thoroughly enjoy helping people to develop their creative talents
