As you will see, soft power is more often spoken about in international relations - but here we attempt to look at the micro applications too. In the Labour Party I have only ever heard David Miliband and Hilary Benn talk about it - but outside of the UK, it's common parlance, particularly in the Far East and China. Hope you find something of interest for yourself here.
