Describe yourself, briefly: I am a consultant, business owner twice over, explorer of the emergent and advocate for women's voice and contribution

What do you do, mostly?: Mostly, I am Director at Future Considerations and am engaged in amazing work with our clients on emergent leadership and always experimenting with my own leadership in this way. I am also producer of Birthwise DVD a childbirth education film that empowers women and breaks birth taboos. And I am a mother, wife and poet, mostly.

What matters most in the world?: Being present to the highest possible future that is emerging in the moment

If you could start a new government department, what would it be?: Department for Early Life, committed to recreating all experiences of mothers and children during precious ante and postnatal period.

The 'EGA'

I was walking down Balham High Road on my last trip to London a few weeks ago and looked up from being lost in thought to find my eyes focusing on the word 'EGA' on a sign above a coffee shop. Immediately, I found myself thinking, 'EGA - that must be the feminine of EGO?'. I really started to wondered if I was onto something here.
