Describe yourself, briefly: Challenging... playful... deep... plus, into fairness and self mastery!

What do you do, mostly?: Teach/write/run learning and development programmes for people/corporates in banking and finance who are fed up of the daily stress and bullshit behaviours in work-life, and want to clear out what really sabotages them at the roots!

What matters most in the world?: Mastering who you are; only you can create the life you want - no one can do it for you; learning how to enjoy yourself... to have fun, especially in your work; and only contributing joy and your gifts to the world

Who are your heroes / heroines?: Anita Roddick... Sir John Harvey-Jones: love their no-nonsense sense of morality/fairness

Do you have a project you are working on at the moment? If not, what would your dream project be?: Clearing out behaviours that screw up our work-lives, sabotages organisational effectiveness and causes society to suffer the consequences! And doing it in a deep, playful and challenging way from the roots up.

If you could start a new government department, what would it be?: Self-education: teaching people how they really tick... to contribute their gifts, helping make life more enjoyable and sustainable for all.

What would you like from this site?: 1) To be connected with senior peeps in banking that are tired of all the fire-fighting, surface level 'fixes'... the daily struggle and want to change their work-culture and work-lives from the roots up! And just to show how committed I am; I work on a no fee guarantee basis… if you don’t get results we agree, you don’t pay.
